After engaging with various salespeople from both volume and boutique builders and often feeling overlooked, I came across an advertisement for a plot of land by chance, which led me to Kostas. From that initial enquiry, even though it was unrelated to the land, I ended up choosing to build with Rossdale — and that decision was entirely due to the outstanding service Kostas provided. I know that if Kostas could provide such services for unrelated land, he would sure provide a 5 star service if I built with them.

So far our experience has been exceptional. There had been a few things that confused us in the beginning (one of us had the portal and the other one didn’t, so that’s probably why we got a bit confused) but now that we understand how Rossdale do things so far it’s be absolutely fun & exciting too. Kostas from the sales team, the receptionist Agnes and Rebecca from selections have also been wonderful to work with…Every place we went to for selections was an absolute pleasure to work with too so we hope & pray that the rest of our building journey is just as good (which we don’t doubt at all). Kostas from the Angle Vale display home has been absolutely amazing to work with from day one, as has the selections team and the rest of the admin team.

Just completed pre-construction phase, after having a bad experience with a previous builder. He would always answer his phone and emails in a prompt manner and made himself available whenever we had queries.
