• Narrow Block:  We design smart homes to fit narrow land and give every home a street front. You might even sell the extra land to help pay for your build.
• 2 Homes on 1 Block:  We can help you get council approval for two homes — perfect if you want one to live in and one to rent or sell.
• 3 or More Homes:  We’ll guide you through options like shared driveways, row houses, or even working with neighbours to build multiple homes on one block.
• Hammerhead Blocks:  Got a big backyard? You might be able to keep your current house and build another behind it — great for family or investment.
