Terms and Conditions – Build a House Draw

(Win $100 K-Mart Voucher)

1.Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions.  Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2.The promoter is Rossdale Homes Pty Ltd ACN 007 936 727 of 300 Glen Osmond Road, Fullarton, SA 5064, telephone 8433 2000.

3.Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 16 years or over.  Entrants between the ages of 16 and 19 years must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrants must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions.  Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion.

4.Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. 

5.This is a Game of Chance.

6.The competition commences on 12^th October at 9.00am and final entries close at 6.00pm on 12^th October, 2019.

7.There will be one Draw.  The Draw prize will be a $100 K-Mart Voucher which is non-negotiable or transferable.

8.The Prize Draw will occur on Wednesday 16th October, 2019 at the Rossdale Homes Head Office located at 300 Glen Osmond Road, Fullarton, SA 5064 by the Managing Director.

9.The winner will be notified by email or phone within (2) business days of the draw and their name will be published online on the HomeLife web page.

10.The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

11.The prize may be collected from the Rossdale Homes Head Office or sent where the winner nominates.

12.The prize is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.  The prize cannot be exchanged.  If, for any reason whatsoever, the winner does not take the prize the prize will be forfeited by the winner and redrawn on 16^th January, 2020 at the same time and place as the original draw.  The winner will be notified by mail and telephone within two business days of the re-draw.

13.If the winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s nominated parent or guardian on the winner’s behalf.

14.Entrants consent to The Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photographs, film and or recording same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting the promotion (including any outcome) and promoting any products or services supplied by The Promoter.

15.The Promoter collects personal information (PI) in order to conduct the promotion and will not provide your information to another third party.  The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be requested at any time.  In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant.  The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with.  All entries become the Property of The Promoter.
