 Why Rossdale?

At Rossdale Homes, we talk a lot about our Fixed Price Contract – but that’s because we believe it’s the most secure contract in the building industry. With our absolute fixed price contract, you will have peace of mind that the price is not going to increase after you have signed a contract.

How do we do this?

We use a standard HIA contract BUT we cross out all the building clauses that allow the builder to increase the price. Only YOU can change the price, if you want to add something in or take something out. So, you are in control of the cost.

Select Range has all the basics and more, low maintenance and great featuring a BHP Colorbond steel roof with 25 degree pitch complimented with Colorbond gutters and fascias.   You’ll be amazed at the huge selection of bricks through Austral and PGH, two of SA’s largest suppliers.  Then there’s the Rheem 27 gas instantaneous hot water service ensuring you’ll never run out of hot water.

Inside, you’ll love the stainless steel appliances in your kitchen. Clear glazed pivot door shower cubicles, full width mirrors and china vanity basins with mixer tapware adorn the bathrooms. These features and much more are standard with our Select Range.
